We Ship Worldwide

We offer an international delivery service on all orders, shipped via DHL ecommerce. All international delivery are trackable. Rates will vary according to the weight of the items. You can estimate the shipping cost at the cart page by entering your country and postal code before checking out. Shipping will take 8 to 14 days. If you are unsure, please contact us for a quote and the delivery lead time.
If you need the order in a rush, expedited shipping via UPS or DHL is also available.

Once an order has been despatched, we are unable to redirect orders. Please be advised that Zepherra cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customers may be liable for customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are a legal requirement by each local government. All orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). If you are required to pay for customs duties and taxes, it will be invoiced to you via the courier service. Zepherra is unable to refund any customs fees or other duties. Zepherra cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.

Free local delivery. All orders will be despatched via Singpost registered mail.

 

Speed

Orders will usually be delivered 2-4 working days after despatch.

 

Tracking

Registered parcels are sent directly to your doorstep. In the event that there is no one at home when the parcel arrives, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or under your door. You may then proceed to the post office stated on the card to collect your parcel. When placing your order, please provide a valid mobile number or email address in order to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery; this will also enable us to send you an estimated delivery time.
